Grand View Falls seeks to protect the value of owners investments and the beauty of our community. This is accomplished through appropriate funding for maintenance and continual improvement along with covenants that guide community development. The covenants are attached below. The covenants are a solid guideline for community development, but we are committed to allowing flexibility and our Architectual Committee is open to ideas that vary from covenants given such changes support the beauty of the community.
