The Grand View Falls community has an in house architectural board, who’s sole responsibility is to protect our property values and empower our residents. Architectural Guidelines can be found under the “Resident Login” section or by contacting us through the website.
Internal Community & Resident Maintenance
The Grand View Falls community encompasses easy mountain living. The community has on-call maintenance staff who are on-site daily to help our residents maintain their lots and their home sites for VRBO and Rental Purposes. Our in-house internal team provided by Mack Development Group, allows our customers to seamlessly manage their rental properties in the most effective way possible to ensure no losses in potential revenue/rentals. Additionally, having this staff on site on a daily basis does ensure the community is kept in beautiful condition!
